| I was immediately approached and greeted by both employees working at the magic counter; they both were energetic and friendly, asking how I was doing and if I needed any help. I love this type of customer service; quick, friendly and to the point. They both left me enough time and space to make my decision without feeling pressured or overcrowded. They helped me with some of their opinions and then introduced me to the Loyalty program and it's benefits to me. As someone who works in retail and sales, I really appreciate the customer experience and am thankful. Keep up the great work! |
