Disappointed as I received a used/returned item
I am heavily disappointed with my purchase as I received a used/returned item when it was advertised as a new product. I paid full price for it and the first thing i see is the seal was already been broken, and the figure was already assembled in plastic bag that was clearly opened by a previous owner. And it has been a week since my inquiry and I have yet to hear back from them. For future buyers, be wary that you may receive a used/returned product.
