| Maybe a little rushed | |
| So, the first expansion book for Warcry has been released and it's a bit of a mixed bag. There are interesting rules for adding allies and monsters and for the most part these are a welcome addition. But I find the general layout, and art design to not be as good as previous GW books and I'm really starting to dislike the runemark system. I sometimes have a very hard time determining what runemark is supposed to be which. Last comment is the binding doesn't seem to be that great, I think the book will fall apart sooner rather than later. | |

| More scenarios and more possibilities | |
| This books adds scenarios and different models you can field in Warcry. I already had the Warcry starter set so this was a must for me as I love playing those skirmish games. | |

| Warcry Monsters & Mercenaries | |
| Monsters & Mercenaries is a slim book, page count is 64 and the first 19 pages are dedicated to artwork, photos and fluff, leaving 45 pages of game content, although this may seem scant ,a great deal of information is conveyed within the remaining pages. Fated Quests and Challenge Battles are explained, each have unique sets of rewards in the forms of new artifacts, an opportunity to add a monstrous creature to your warband or gain an exalted command trait. Full stat blocks and abilities along with the rules for adding mercenary fighters to a warband are also included. Overall I would have liked to have seen a slight price reduction versus the page count but there is no denying that the game content is fantastic for anyone interested in adding more depth to their Warcry games. |

| une excellente expansion a un jeu deja tres bien, Monsters and mercenaries rajoute de nombreux personnages et monstres disponibles pour vos parties de campagne ou meme de matched play. le jeu reste bien balancé tout de meme et tres interessant. Pour le prix, ce livre est un "must have". |

| Ce livre est un peu court, mais est à un prix approprié. Il contient peu de matériel pour les parties "Matched play". La plupart du contenu s'addresse au "Narrative play" et aux campagnes. | |
