In Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game you are going to solve FIVE different cases and find out what connects them, you are going to BREAK THE 4th WALL by using every resource you can, you are going to browse the game's DEDICATED DATABASE simulating your agency's resources, you will enter a city maze of old mysteries and fresh CRIME, and you will be able to COOPERATE with other agents or solve the mystery on your own.
Take the job of a real detective in a modern setting! In Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game, 1-5 players take on the role of investigators, solving mysterious crimes while working as an Antares National Investigation Agency team members. This board game tell rich stories - stories you will participate in. Let's hope that you will be able to deduce the end, before there is another crime... The game will challenge you with five different cases, that have to be played in order. Seemingly unconnected at first, they will unveil an immersive meta-plot based on facts and fiction alike.
Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game brings classic, card-based, puzzle-solving gameplay into the 21st century with the introduction of online elements. You will gain access to the online Antares database that contains data about suspects, witnesses, and documentation from arrests and trials related to your case. Use every tool at your disposal to solve these crimes - consult the Internet, check the facts and constantly discover new clues. You are not playing a detective; you ARE a detective!

| Addictive game!! | |
| This game introduced my partner and I to the cooperative investigation genre. And now we are totally hooked!! The story is enthralling and we really fully immersed in it. Each scenario took us around 4-5 hours because we totally enjoyed building extensive mind maps and researching the backstory on the web when instructed to. We played the first 4 scenarios in the same weekend and bought the expansion immediately after because we couldn’t get enough! | |

| On voulait vraiment l'aimer et, en ouvrant la boîte, tout a l'air vraiment intéressant. On a décroché par contre quand on a réalisé à quel point il faut "gosser" avec son téléphone/tablette. Les jeux avec app (style Unlock) ne me dérange pas, mais ça, s'était trop pour nous, surtout quand on chercher à décrocher un peu! | |

| J'ai acheté ce jeu comme cadeau, et la personne qui l'a reçu l'a adoré. Beaucoup d'heures de plaisir avec ses amis. Un jeu de table vraiment agréable, et très apprécié. Facile à comprendre et à jouer. | |

| J’avais énormément d’attentes pour ce jeu. Je crois que j’irais jusqu’à dire qu’elles sont dépassées. Je n’ai rien de négatif, si ce n’est que j’aurais pris plus d’enquêtes. Je trouve que les deux expansions (que je me devrai de me procurer) sont pas mal plus cher, pour ce que l’on obtient. Ceci dit, si vous aimez les intrigues, déductions, c’est un must. | |

| Excellent jeu d'enquête pour ceux qui n'ont pas peur du défi | |
| Detective est un excellent jeu d'enquête! Il s'agit de mon premier et je suis loin d'être déçu. Bien qu'il soit écrit qu'une partie dure 3 heures, il y en a pour au moins 5 fois 3 heures puisque chacun des 5 cas dure autour de 3 heures, ou même plus. Pour chaque cas, il est très intéressant de se promener d'un indice à l'autre et de collectionner les "signatures" qui permettront d'élucider le cas. Il est même nécessaire de faire un "mind map" des différentes informations recueillies afin de bien comprendre la situation. | |
