The iconic polar bear is a fitting icon for a nation that, like Ursus maritimus itself, has been shaped by the forces of ice, wind, water and stone. The first coin of the series, released in April 2014, depicts the Polar Bear.
The second coin of the series, released in August 2014, depicts the Snowy Owl.
The third coin ofthe series, released in February 2015, depicts the Beaver.
The fourth coin of the series, released in February 2016, depicts the Hare.
