This proof set contains the four 1-dollar coin released in 2009 to commemorate the American presidents Harrison, Tyler, Polk and Taylor.
Those coins are proof quality (each coin is struck at least twice). The "S" mint mark means that the coins were minted in San Francisco. This mint mark, as the year of mintage, is on the edge of the coin.
Those coins are part of The Presidential $1 Coin Program.
