Description
In Codenames, two teams compete to see who can guess all of their words correctly first — but those words are hiding in plain sight in a 5x5 grid that includes the words of the other team, neutral words, and an assassin that will cause you to lose the game immediately if you guess it. One person on each team is a spymaster and only these two know which words belong to each team. Spymasters take turns giving one-word clues that can point to multiple words on the board. Their teammates try to guess words of the right color while avoiding those that belong to the opposing team — and everyone wants to avoid the assassin.
Codenames: Marvel keeps the Codenames gameplay, while featuring characters and locations from the Marvel Comics universe, with words on one side of the cards and images on the other.

| Good party game | |
| This is a good party game. Rules are simple to learn and you'll be playing in no time. Loses a bit of its shine if you're not playing with people familiar with the Marvel universe. You might want to go with regular Codenames if that the case, but also know that knowledge of Marvel is not absolutely required, you can still rely on colors, shapes, and other descriptives, but it is less fun this way. | |

| I enjoy codename game series, but I am not so good at it. Most of the time, people I am playing with do not get my clues and they think I am overthinking every thing. But the Marvel one is different, since at my place every one is a Marvel fan, it is easier to get the clues and the game is also more interesting since I get the chance to be understood by the others. I did enjoyed this game, and since I bought the Marvel version I never played the duet ever again. I would recommend, it Is Nice game. | |
