The newest member of Kotobukiya's "Megalomaria Unlimited Universe" action-figure model-kit lineup is Peridot! She's a color variation kit of Ruby Eye, molded in dark, moody colors! Two different semi-transparent accent colors are included -- lime green (to create Peridot) and bubblegum pink (to create Ruby Eye Creep Poison)! She comes with a set of Ex-Armor Black Nurse armor, plus a Scalpel and Injector; the included Energy Seed is molded in accent clear and colorless clear, and a total of four sets can be assembled. Her skirt has 3mm joints, with a total of six points of articulation. Her two scalpel-themed swords, the Scalpel, can be used in double-edge mode by using connecting parts; the Injectors attached to the forearm hard points can be removed and used as handheld weapons, too. 

Peridot's body is the same as the first "Megalomaria" kit, Principal, and she has about 50 points of articulation. The knee joint has a single-joint structure, but it bends deeply to allow kneeling poses. The knee armor can be moved independently, and the shoulders feature multiple joints, so they can be pulled far enough forward to allow for arms-crossed poses. The range of motion in her shoulders is very effective for dynamic poses, such as holding a sword with both hands! The torso also has an excellent range of motion, so she can lie down with ease. Her neck moves forward, backward, left and right; her elbows bend deeply so she can easily adopt coquettish poses! The hip joints are independent on both sides, with a structure that allows them to move widely forward, so she can get into just about any flexibility exercise pose imaginable, as well as perform high kicks and compact sitting poses! The buttock armor is also available in a one-piece type.

Triple joints in her wrists allow her to bend them almost 180 degrees inwards! Combine her with a weapon unit (sold separately) to create a monstrous character whose arm is a weapon! Interchangeable hands in seven different expressive styles are included. Her head has a layered structure, and it can be removed if you like. The visor part has the same structure as the front hair part of "Sosai Shojo Teien" figures, and Peridot's mask parts are also available in two versions: with both eyes open, and wearing an eyepatch. Her mask parts are also compatible with the facial expression parts from "Sosai Shojo Teien" figures, and they can be freely exchanged! (Please note that the "Sosai Shojo Teien" characters Gennai Ao and Takeko Kotobuki are not compatible due to their unique specifications.)
