| Bonne peinture pour Airbrush avec charte de couleurs en triades | |
| J'utilise déjà les Warpaints d'Army Painter donc j'ai l'habitude des couleurs de cette gamme. L'avantage de celles-ci est qu'elles n'ont pas besoin d'être diluées pour être utilisées dans un Aérographe. La charte inclus également les "triades" de couleur, dont la couleur de base, une teinte plus ombragée et une d'accent (highlight). Les bouteilles contiennent également 2 boules de métal afin d'agiter le contenu et obtenir une peinture homogène. La couleur Crystal Blue est la teinte de base sa triade. C'est un bleu royal pâle qui couvre très bien. | |

| Rapidly becoming my Go-To | |
| I’ve ended up leaning on this paint so much that it’s basically the winter blue in my collection—especially whenever I’m working on ice or water bases. Out of the bottle, it’s airbrush-ready and flows beautifully—smooth, even coverage, no clogging or sputter, just a clean, crisp layer of that mid-tone arctic blue. Because it sits right in that gem-blue range, it’s perfect for layering highlights and icy glows without ever going chalky or overly saturated. What makes it a real workhorse for me is how well it performs on both winter (ice) style bases and water bases. Crystal Blue gives that natural frozen look—bright, cool, and just translucent enough in tone to sell the illusion of depth under gloss or resin effects. I’ll often lay it over a darker blue foundation, hit it with a light zenithal pass, and then finish with a clear coat or texture gel to get that shimmering, cold-water finish. It’s one of the key paints in my arsenal for any snow or frozen environment project. Despite being labeled for airbrush use, it brushes beautifully too. The consistency is smooth enough that I can go straight from the bottle with little to no thinning at all. It levels well, doesn’t streak, and the pigment density holds up even in thin layers. A quick shake (especially if you’ve got a mixing ball in there) is all it needs before it’s ready to go. Overall, Warpaints Air Crystal Blue is one of those rare paints that bridges convenience and quality—versatile enough for air or brush, reliable coverage, and the perfect hue for anything cold, crystalline, or aquatic. It’s become an absolute staple for me when I’m building out my frozen and water-themed bases. |
