The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has launched a national strike following the government's announcement on September 25, 2025, regarding the transformation of Canada Post.

Which carrier(s) will you ship orders with during the strike? Should I expect delays?
Orders shipped within Canada with our standard delivery service will be shipped with Obibox or Purolator. For Express Post orders, delivery will be handled by Purolator. Longer delivery times are to be expected due to increased parcel volume with our carriers.
Will you continue to ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, orders to the United States and all other countries are temporarily suspended. We are working hard to offer this service again soon.
Can I send my order to a Canada Post PO box?
Unfortunately, during the strike, we will not be able to offer this service. You will have to either have your order delivered to a regular mailing address or wait until the national Canada Post strike is over.
My order was shipped with Canada Post before the strike, but has not yet been delivered. What will happen to it?
All orders currently being delivered with Canada Post will be secured and delivered as soon as possible once operations resume. Unfortunately, since the duration of the strike is unknown, we are unable to tell you when you will receive your package.
Is my order affected by this delay?
All orders shipped on or before September 24th, 2025, via Canada Post and not yet in Delivered status are affected by the delivery delay.
What are my options if I haven't received my order and I absolutely need it by a specific date, such as for a gift or special event?

My order has been placed but hasn't been shipped yet, and I'd like to pick it up myself. Can I change the delivery method to in-store pickup?
Yes, this is possible if your order hasn't yet been picked up by our carriers. Please contact our customer service by email at info@imaginaire.com, making sure to provide your order number and the location where you would like to pick it up.
Despite the current situation, Imaginaire will ensure that we provide you with the service you expect during this time. We will continue to ensure fast and efficient order processing and will do our best to minimize the impact of this national strike on our services.
