With the creation of four new locations, the expansion of its inventory, the increase of its staff, but especially of its customers, IMAGINAIRE had to review many of its ways to continue to serve you well, but also to continue to look to the future.

Difficult choices had to be made in the last few weeks. With the recent increase in Canada Post rates, the higher cost of certain products and the economic context, we decided to increase the limit for Free shipping to continue to offer you the best possible price on our products.

Thus, as of May 27th 2019, you will have to purchase $ 59 (before taxes) to obtain the free delivery on the orders that you will place on our Internet site, www.imaginaire.com. As before, this offer is valid on all orders sent to Canada by regular mail only, excluding certain specially identified products or certain remote areas.

As is currently the case, transportation charges for purchases below this amount will remain at $ 8 (plus tax) for a regular shipment. Shipping options by Xpresspost or C.O.D. (payable upon receipt) will also remain the same. Please note that it is still possible for you to pick up your order directly at one of our four locations in Quebec, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke and Lévis at no cost, and that transfers between stores always remain at our expense.
