Description
The year is 1913. The steamship SS Atlantica is two days out from port on its voyage across the Atlantic Ocean. Its unsuspecting passengers fully anticipated a calm journey to Boston, Massachusetts, with nothing out of the ordinary to look forward to. However, strange nightmares plague the minds of the people aboard the ship every night; rumors circulate of dark shapes following closely behind the ship just beneath the waves; and tensions rise when a body is discovered in the ship’s chapel, signs of a strange ritual littered around the corpse. This voyage began like any other, but now it seems that the Atlantica may never reach its destination.

Some players are humans who are fighting for the survival of the ship, while others are traitors sent aboard the ship by mysterious beings to ensure that it never reaches port! | Completely unbalanced (in villain favor) | |
| In this game you are either a human or a hybrid (villain) trying to get to boston or sink the ship. In your first game 5 player game the humans are granted a free turn before identity are given. I played I got an hybrid played terribly and was immediatly revealed, my hybrid bretheren also played terribly and yet we easily won the game. The human made decision that I thought were smart and we couldnt do much, but thhey wither had to deal with us and suffer the game effects or let us loose so we could harm them and reduce their action. It turned the game into a slow crawl where both party would just take out each other action economy and then the game would slowly crush them everyone sorta felt bad for 4 hour+. People say after many games it even out when you get experience as human... but I will never get my group to sit down for many 4+ hour game session of this crawl. The commitment is way too big for such a little return. I would pass this one out if I had the chance to come back | |
