| Useful expansion | |
| I love Catan, I just wish it would come with this expansion included in the base game instead of having to pay to add 1-2 more players hence the slightly lower review. Otherwise catan is a great and easy game for all. | |

| Needed expansion | |
| This expansion is simply needed if you want to play up to 6 players. The more people play the longer a game will last so take note. If a game of more then an hour is not for you stick to the base 4 player game. |
