Description
You have followed an ancient map to a hidden cave which purportedly contains some kind of mysterious gate. Inside the cave, you find a large metal circle made of concentric rings embedded in the rock wall. You approach the gate hesitantly and touch it. To your astonishment, the metal rings can be rotated. Suddenly, everything goes dark around you. When you regain consciousness some time later, you are no longer in the cave, but in a bizarre new world. Where are you? And how are you supposed to find your way back to the world you know? Only by working together as a team, solving riddles as you travel from world to world, will you be able to make it home safely.

Great evening | |
Played with my husband. Really enjoyed the puzzles, they were original and not too easy to guess. Loved that the format was different from the other Exit the Game that we played. |

A good addition to the series
Not my favorite but I did like this one. The puzzles weren't too obnoxious (at least to me), and they went with a set of folded sheets instead of a booklet, which saved the trouble of pulling out the staples for the "everyone at the table grabs a page and looks for clues" late game. I appreciated this, and wouldn't mind seeing it again. Though a couple of the puzzles are built so only one person can do the actual work of getting the solution, so once you've figured it out it's a few minutes of downtime while the person with the best eyesight or manual dexterity actually does the work of obtaining the answer. Oh yeah, while it starts very linear like some of the novice Exits, it opens up a bit at the end, though never has more than one puzzle "active" at any one time - you always know what you're trying to solve. Probably why it's ranked right in the middle of their difficulty scale. A fun one if you're not looking for one of their "Here's three puzzles, but you only have enough information to solve one right now." offerings. |

Not the best, but still fun
I solved all the Exit games up to this one. It is one of the few ones that you need to think really out of the box. There are some times you feel really lost and confused, but it matches perfectly to the theme of the game. Without giving any spoilers it is hard to review, but ovetall it is a fun Exit game, but definately not my favorite |

Exit - Gate | |
This Exit Gate Between Worlds is a fun one with the traveling theme. It's a mid-level game and the variety of puzzle styles is pretty nice in this one. |

Fun entry into an amazing series
Another great and fun entry in the Exit game series. I love all of these cooperative escape room like games due to their innovativeness, and The Gate Between Worlds is no different. Their only downside is they are one-time use... |
