| SO SMALL! But it works! | |
| It's not clear from the website, but these "Pack 0 Game" releases are TINY! Each game box is barely the size of your index finger! You can bring several of these with you in your pocket! And these are affordable enough to want to collect, all while taking up virtually no shelf space! I tried a few of these, and they were all diverse from each other. "WIN - A Long Shot game" was my favourite. This is loosely based on the full "Long Shot: The Dice Game." Using random card draws, 6 horses race along a short track, and the players have 3-6 turns to place bets or buy "effects" to control the outcome. The player with the most money at the end of the race wins. Long list of rules, only in English. At first, the amount of options a player can take is overwhelming, but it feels natural after a while. I'm shocked that they were able to simulate the game with just a tiny set of cards, and it provides the thrills I want from the theme of horse-betting. |
