Once more into the breach !

The year is 1937. The world is at peace now, nearly twenty years after the great war between humanity and the alien Neuroi. But it's too soon to breathe a sigh of relief. New flier-type Neuroi have been spotted over the Fuso Sea - faster and tougher than anything ever encountered. These firstfew skirmishes will eventually flare into the Second Neuroi War.

This volume traces the early stages of that war, including the story of how Sakamoto Mio (only twelve years old here!) became a Witch and learned to control her Magic Eye ; how Takei Junko took the first steps to finding her true path (and her love of coffee!) ; and the development of new and more powerful Striker Units to combat the Neuroi.
