VISTA - Canadian Landscapes
On this album made of highly rigid cardboard you can see a typical canadian landscape. The color that was chosen to represent the 1-dollar is dark blue: meaning both albums have a dark blue slip. The coins are held in place by clear sliding inserts free of acid and chemical softeners. The storage sheets are coated with a thin layer of plastic, making them more resistant.
VISTA album for Canadian 1-dollar
The album includes five grey VISTA pages with see-through sliding bands that allow you to put all 24 nickel 1-dollar coins from 1968 to 1987 in 2 pages and all 60 loonie 1-dollar coins from 1987 to date in 3 pages. There is also a space provided for the most common varieties in those years. The year and the name of each variety is written under each coin to help put them in the right order.

| These albums are great for novice collectors like me, have spaces for the major coin variations as well as the special commemorative versions. These albums can hold 6 pages, so I bought an extra spare insert so I can keep adding to the album in the coming few years. | |

| Je possède tous les albums de cette collection. Ce sont des albums solides qui permet d'ajouter de nouvelles pages. Vos pièces sont protégés contre le touché avec les doigts. Ces album de la série Lighthouse permettent de visualiser les 2 cotés de chaque pièce sans qu'elles ne tombent des pages. Je vous les recommande grandement. | |
