Description
The Raven
The reverse design features astylized raven in flight above an engraved coniferous mountainside, set against a sky lit by the northern lights. The raven and sky are entirely holographic. The raven flies, wings fully outstretched, in the centre of this image. The lower part of the image, engraved in silver, features rocky mountainous terrain cradling a coniferous forest. The “sky” above the mountains and surrounding the raven is a stunning hologram reminiscent of the ever-changing, swirling rainbow of the aurora borealis.
This coin is the third issue of A Story of the Northern Lights collection.
The first coin of the series, released in 2013, depicts the Great Hare.
The second coin of the series, released in 2014, depicts the Howling Wolf.
The third and the last coin of the series, released in 2015, depicts the Raven.

| Je ne suis pas collectionneur de pièces de monnaies, mais plutôt ce qui s'apparente à mes oiseaux favoris, d'une grande prestance et intelligence. Une belle pièce et comme toujours, à la boutique Imaginaire, un service parfait; même en cette période difficile, quelques jours seulement et mon bel oiseau se posait dans la boite aux lettres.
