A Robert Bateman exclusive. This is the latest engraved showcase of a Robert Bateman original. Each photo-realistic work of art – including the pencil sketch that inspired this coin – tells a story and reflects the artist’s commitment to wildlife conservation and education.

 The look of sketch paper. The artist’s pencil strokes and the sketch paper’s “tooth” or surface texture have been meticulously replicated on this coin’s reverse. The paper texture gradually fades into the smooth, brilliant finish to mimic the gradation of shade seen in the original sketch.
 A signature on the reverse. Just like a limited-edition print, the artist’s engraved signature appears on the coin’s reverse. Only 800 coins are available worldwide.
 Special insert card. In addition to the serialized certificate of authenticity, each coin comes with a special insert card featuring the artist’s statement, plus a reproduction of the original sketch and the artist’s signature.
