This proof set contains the five state quarters released in 2008 to commemorate the incorporation of Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska and Hawaii in the United States.
Those coins are proof quality (each coin is struck at least twice) and are made from 90% silver. The "S" mint mark means thatthe coins were minted in San Francisco.
The designs depict the history, geography and rich diversity of these states.
