A follow-up to the first 5 oz. Ultra High Relief (UHR) Silver Maple Leaf (SML) coin UPC: 6-23932-11207-0 issued in 2022. Much has changed since 1988, when the Silver Maple Leaf (SML) was first introduced to the world. Thirty-five years later, Canada’s bullion maple leaf appears untouched by time on our coins, where its natural beauty has been enhanced by different finishes and technologies over the years—including Ultra High Relief, as seen on this 5 oz. 99.99% pure silver coin. A true showstopper, this coin’s reverse boasts an extraordinary peak relief height of 3 mm, where the shiny Ultra High Relief maple leaf is backed by a laser-engraved “SML anniversary” field pattern.

 New for 2023: A laser-engraved field pattern to mark the SML’s 35th anniversary! This pattern consists of seven small maple leaves and the number “35”, which repeat five times for a total of 35 mini SMLs that form each ring—one mini leaf for every year since the first SML was issued in 1988.
 The follow-up to the first 5 oz. UHR SML issued in 2022.
 Each coin is crafted in 5 oz. of 99.99% pure silver with Ultra High Relief on its reverse.
 Features a peak relief height of 3 mm, significantly higher than the standard 0.80 mm for a coin this size.
 Laser-engraved field pattern appears on both the obverse and reverse, the brilliant UHR maple leaf shimmers and pops against the frosted field.
 The SML is one of our most popular annual offerings and the 2022 5 oz. UHR SML sold out quickly. For 2023, mintage is limited to 1,750 worldwide.
