- Stamps with the exception of those from the current year. Stamps accessories are not eligible;
- Coins, with the exception of those emission price. Gold coins and bullion coins are not eligible.. Coin and paper money accessories are not eligible.

* This offer cannot be turned into cash.
* The Privilege Card cannot be added to any other promotion (products on rebate cannot are not eligible to the Privilege Card.
Also, the card is absolutely free and there's no time limit to use it. If you've already filled out your traditional privilege card (paper form), ask for our new millennium version (computer format).

A Seamless Core Mechanic
In BRP, success and failure are always determined by the roll of a D100. Comparing that roll to the relevant Skill, Characteristic, Ability, or Power, you succeed if you roll under the target number.
This means every stat on your character sheet clearly indicates to you the likelihood of success.
Natural Character Growth
Characters in a BRP game evolve based on what they do in-game. If you fire a gun, that skill may increase.
If you want your character to learn magic, get better at driving cars, lassoing horses, or even repairing a spaceship, then your character will do so by using those skills!
Deadly & Tactical Combat
The core BRP rules present easy-to-learn and equally easy-to-teach combat mechanics that allow players to react to attacks—you don’t just have to wait for your turn in order to have an impact on combat!

| Si vous avez de l’expérience dans le jeu d’autres systèmes D100, soit de Chaosium (Call of Cthulhu, Pendragon, Elric, etc) vous savez déjà à quel point il est facile de remplacer certaines règles par d’autres que vous aimez mieux. Dans ce cas, ce livre est un must, car il offre beaucoup plus d’options pour bricoler, ce qui est excellent si vous êtes en train de créer votre propre version en utilisant le BRP comme base. Si vous êtes un gamemaster débutant, ou n’avez jamais joué à un autre système D100, ce livre vous offre des règles génériques et cohérentes que vous pouvez utiliser pour n’importe quel réglage et genre, qui sont également faciles à apprendre. |
