| LA Noire, the Board Game | |
| As a big fan of detective games (I've played Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective, Chronicles of Crime, Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game, and many others), I found this one fantastic. I'm enjoying the theme, and I'm looking forward to finishing all 9 cases. | |

| Solid, solid game. You can tell the developers really cared and allowed for a lot of manueverability with regards to the information provided for cases and various ways to solve them. Only issue is replayability, as once you solve a case, there's no way to redo. | |

| Une version très ‘de luxe’ de jeu de détective. Le coût par cas est plus élevé que tout ce que je connais. De l’autre côté de la médaille, il est possible de jouer chaque cas deux fois, comme joueur / enquêteur et comme maître de jeu. C’est la première fois que je vois cette mécanique et elle est excellente! Si vous avez le budget et êtes amateur de jeu du genre, c’est une recommandation sans réserve. | |

| This game is awesome! The developers really thought this through and created an experience that makes you think. I love that the slang is included (with a definition index) to add to the feel of the old black and white detective movies. You have to evaluate every piece of evidence and every word from interviews to devise the solution; add to that the fact that people can lie or just deceive! We found ourselves second-guessing every move! The turn countdown forces you to evaluate the next move carefully, and though you're essentially playing everyone for themselves, you do get forced into some form of collaboration here and there. |
