| L'extension ajoute 3 nouveaux modules au jeu: la ville, les investissements et la pouponnière. Les 3 modules peuvent être ajoutés séparément ou ensemble, et les règles clarifient les étapes de préparation et les étapes de jeu pour chaque combinaison. L'expansion ajoute aussi un Autotma, cependant il ne peut être utilisé qu'avec le jeu de base. Si vous jouez solo, vous achetez l'extension pour l'Automa seulement, ce qui n'est pas très rentable. | |

| Bel extension qui apporte de nouvelles facettes au jeu Dice hospital. On peut maintenant aller chercher les patients en hélicoptère, soigner une mère et son enfant, gérer l'agrandissement de notre hôpital tout ça en même temps ou séparément! Ils ont créé un nouvel automa pour les parties solo. Seul déception, les 3 nouveaux modules ne sont compatibles ni avec le nouveau mode solo ni le mode de base. | |

| Très bonne extension à avoir pour ce jeu, cela amène une autre difficulté qui améliore à mon avis le jeu. On joue toujours avec cette extension depuis que nous l'avons. Je le conseille fortement. | |
