Wizards of the Coast has designed a set of four brand new Commander Decks especially for Warhammer 40,000! Commander is a Magic: the Gathering multiplayer variant and has developed into one of the most popular ways to play Magic in recent years. Each player plays with a deck of 99 unique cards, led by a Legendary Creature: the Commander. An epic battle is guaranteed and thanks to the large amount of unique cards, the replayability is enormous!
Complete in foil, the Collector's Edition deck is every collector's dream. The deck contains a whopping 100 surge-foil black-bordered cards. Surge-foil is a completely new foiling specially developed for this Warhammer 40000 Universes Beyond! In addition, each deck contains 42 brand new thematic Warhammer 40,000 cards. Reprints of existing Magic: the Gathering cards have been given new art to match Warhammer 40,000. Each deck is designed to perfectly match the armies of the Warhammer 40,000 world thematically. Furthermore, each deck contains two foil commanders. The new cards are tournament legal in Commander, Legacy and Vintage.
A deck also includes a surge-foil display commander. The display commander is printed on thick material, is surge-foiled and is the size of a regular Magic: the Gathering card. A wonderful replacement for your Commanders on the battlefield!
