Description
After staying out in the cold for New Years, Nana is gravely ill and alone. Her mother is a part of the police force and is rarely home, so she is left up to her own devices having to take care of herself. But her situation is quite serious and even a house call from a local doctor may not suffice. It will be up to Kaoru and Tachi to help her in this time of need. But their methods may be a little more hands on" than what may be considered normal. They are going to have to support her from the bottom up."

| Reflection on BSMD | |
| In this volume we get a lot more plot development of our characters in which afterwards Nana can finally take one of her long awaited usual "breathers", that she finally comes to terms of both wanting and needing. We also get introduced to a boyish looking new running friend of Kaoru named Tachi who is a rival track athlete of Nana. From a recent package Kaoru bring over a mouth gag, this one with a ball to remove one's ability to speak and more. Tachi ends up in Kaoru's empty bedroom on a visit to Nana's place only to get apprehended upon his return having Nana's "breathers" get exposed. And as much as Kaoru only wants to tie up Nana now he has to tie up Tachi too!! Though once again between volumes this ends on a cliffhanger, the girls awaiting Kaoru to come back and untie them. Also in a side chapter Nana helps out the Manager from the kink shop and learns about another mouth gag that Kaoru hasn't told her about. Even though she denies the gift from the Manager out she still ends up getting to use it anyways. And now won't be able to look at honey in the same way ever again. | |
