| Unaffordable, do better! | |
| I’ve been a long-time customer, but shopping at Imaginaire has become frustrating. Their Pokémon product pricing is consistently set at market value instead of MSRP, even on release day. While they claim high supplier costs, we know that initial distributor pricing is much lower—so why is the price immediately inflated? Other, smaller stores with lower allocations manage to offer fairer pricing and implement policies to prevent scalpers, yet Imaginaire seems to prioritize profit over collectors. It’s disappointing to see a store with such a strong reputation take this approach. I hope they reconsider their pricing strategy because, at this rate, many of us will take our business elsewhere. |

| Drastic price changes | |
| Last week, I went to my nearest location during my lunch break and saw they had pre-release Journey Together products. I saw that the ETB was $89.99 so I decided to buy one. I told my friend who works in the mall about it so he went shortly after me. He looks at the price and asks me if I was sure it was actully $89.99 because it was $139.99 when he got there. I was shocked that within 30 minutes of purchasing, they immediately changed the price of the ETB. This is a really bad look on the company when customers see employees change the price tags on products. |
