Adonis and Doroka race across the wastelands, headed for the empire of Redia. All around them looms the rusting, ruined evidence of Redia’s destructive scientific revolution. Their motives couldn’t be more different: as the apprentice of the brutally murdered Ice Witch Chloe, Adonis wants nothing more than to wreak vengeance on the world. As one of the few surviving witches, Doroka hopes to stop the endless cycle of violence. With pursuit hot on their heels, their journey is slowly bringing them closer together.
