The Dunwich Legacy is a deluxe expansion for Arkham Horror: The Card Game.
Several months ago, three Miskatonic University professors armed themselves with secret knowledge, traveled to Dunwich, and brought an end to the strange and terrifying creature that had been terrorizing the secluded village. Their heroic efforts brought peace to the region—for a while—but also left the men scarred by the horrors they had witnessed. Now, one of those professors, Dr. Armitage, has need of your assistance. His colleagues have gone missing, and he fears the worst…
With five mini cards and 156 full-size cards, The Dunwich Legacy challenges you to find the missing professors and launches you into a campaign that leads to Miskatonic University, the notorious Clover Club, and beyond. Five new investigators arrive to offer their services, armed with fifty-nine new player cards (including a complete playset of each) that allow you to pursue new deck-building strategies and new styles of play. Finally, you'll find all manner of new terrors arrayed against you—from backroom thugs and bad luck to arcane hexes and wholly unnatural abominations.

| Vous voulez de nouvelles aventures pour Arkham Horror : the card game ? Voici le meilleur deal disponible ! Dans cette boîte, vous retrouverez les 8 scénarios de la campagne Dunwich Legacy (auparavant publiée en 7 kits séparés, environ 150$), sans les cartes "joueurs". Si vous ne voulez pas de nouveaux personnages, l'avantage est évident. Et si vous achetez aussi l'expansion "investigateurs" à part, vous ressortez quand même gagnants ! |

| Si vous venez de vous acheter Arkham Horror, the card game, rien de mieux que cette campagne en 8 scénario, qui vous transporte dans des lieux varié comme un casino, une université, un train et bien sur le village de Dunwich. Les mécaniques y sont plus varié que les 3 scénario du jeu de base. |

| Étant donné qu'il s'agit de la première campagne créée pour Arkham Horror: The Card Game (hormis celle du jeu de base), elle est moins complexe que les campagnes plus récentes, et voire aussi relativement plus facile. Elle vous conviendra donc parfaitement si votre collection de cartes de joueur n'est pas très grande. | |

| Bien que je préfère LotR, la mécanique et le thème d’Arkham est plus submersif et plus facile à embarquer. En terme de complexité et de plaisir à jouer, je le situe entre LotR et Marvel Champions, un autre LCG que j’adore. Cette extension est celle qu’un débutant devrait acheter pour bien s’habituer au jeu. | |

| Excellente campagne qui utilise bien les mécaniques de base de AH, sans trop s'en éloigner. Un seul scénario m'a paru moins bien, mais il est facile de l'ignorer dans la campagne. | |
