Description
Unmatched Adventures: Tales to Amaze, which is themed around the pulp adventures, tall tales, and local legends of the mid-20th century, gives you a whole new way to play Unmatched.
In the game, players work together to defeat one of two villains: Mothman or the Martian Invader. Each villain has a unique battlefield with unique objectives. If the villain completes their objective (or defeats the heroes), the players lose. The villains are aided by a number of possible minions: Jersey Devil, Ant Queen, Loveland Frog, The Blob, Tarantula, and Skunk Ape. The enemies use special action cards and a simple targeting scheme to control their movement and attacks.
The set comes with four new heroes: Nikola Tesla discharges his electrified coils to power up his effects; Annie Christmas gets stronger when she's fighting from behind; The Golden Bat, the world's first superhero, has a variety of powerful effects; and Dr. Jill Trent, Science Sleuth, calls on a collection of gizmos.
Keeping to the Unmatched brand, you may use heroes from other Unmatched sets in Unmatched Adventures, and you can use the included heroes and battlefields to play competitive Unmatched.

| Fantastic transition into solo/co-op! | |
| As fans of Unmatched and it's competitive version we were looking forward to getting to play it cooperatively. It does not disappoint. The AI is very simple to run leaving you more time to focus on running your hero and that's the key. This game is a playground for the different heroes and the abilities, not only from this box but from the entire collection. Imagine a T-Rex, Spiderman and Dracula trying to stop an Alien invasion. So much wacky fun. |

| I used to play Unmatched PvP with my girlfriend, but she got tired of always going against me (even when she would win!). TTA is a perfect way for us to play together! It lets us try new characters and matchups. Now, even if she doesn’t want to play, I can solo (usually with 2 heroes). The co-op strategies are not the same as PvP, but it is still very fun and lets me experiment with different heroes, which is the best part for me! | |

| The best thing for the Unmatched lineup since Coble and Fog | |
| The first thing that me and my family thought once we played the first few releases of Unmatched a few years ago was “it would be great if there was a coop or adventure expansion of this”. It seems they had the same idea, and it ended up even better than expected. Dice Throne Adventures did the same thing except it added a much too big layer of rules and the game was much too fiddly and long as to completely miss the point. In Unmatched Adventures, they kept the streamlined rules of the original lineup, the games are kept short (although a bit longer than a traditional 1v1) and you can get playing in minutes. Plus, you can play traditional pvp with the 4 new characters as well, so double the value. Honestly, if you like Unmatched and you don’t mind coop, this is a no-brainer. Plus, there are rumors that two new Unmatched adventure sets are coming up in the next few years and chances are they will all be cross compatible as well! 9/10 |

| Pour les fans de coopératifs... et de Unmatched! | |
| Tales to Amaze est un jeu cooperatif avec le système de Unmatched. Ce qui veux dire que malgré que le jeu soit entièrement jouable par lui même, on peut ajouter n'importe quel héros de l'unviers Unmatched pour enfin pouvoir y jouer en équipe contre le méchant Mothman (ou les Aliens!) | |

| Enfin un jeu Unmatched qui offre un mode coopératif! On y retrouve les grands principes des jeux compétitifs mais cette fois-ci les joueurs doivent faire équipe pour venir à bout de terribles ennemis. Le jeu est bien équilibré, le matériel est de grande qualité, les parties sont toujours très tendues. Très satisfait de notre achat. | |

| J'adore Unmatched, même si c'est un jeu auquel je n'ai pas aussi souvent l'occasion de jouer que j'aimerais. Voici qu'avec Tales to Amaze débarque et me permet de jouer en solo, ce qui est plus. Mais aussi, je peux initier de nouveau joueur en utilisant cette façon de jouer. Le challenge est bien présent, permet de jouer des personnages avec un nouveau regard, bref, c'est une super expansion à Unmatched, je la recommande. | |

| Excellent Coop Game | |
| Easy to Learn. Turns are fast. (Very minimal downtime) Super fun to play especially with friends. Being able to use Heroes from other Unmatched game adds a lot of replayability to this game. |
