The Original Trilogy Collection was introduced in 2004, with new sculpts of our favorite original trilogy characters. The second wave is known as “Post OTC” or the “Transitional” wave due to including prequel characters. The packaging for the Original Trilogy Collection brought back the iconic Star Wars silver stripes along the borders of the card. The line included 54 figures, exclusives, multipacks, and a new series called the Vintage Original Trilogy Collection, which mirrored original packaging from the 1970's.
