| A purple purple | |
| A nice vibrant purple similar to GW Phoenician or Xereus purple. Nice coverage, but needs a bit of thinning. Probably a better choice than GW/Citadel overall for starting a new project. Need to try the rest of the "triad" now! | |

| Great for my needs | |
| I'm no professional, so I can't tell the difference between miniature paints. If you're advanced enough to see it, I don't know if it fits your needs. For me, Army Painter never fails. I like to be able to measure the amount of paint I use in drops (it helps when mixing paints, I can measure in drops and recreate it later) and I was happy to learn that this one came with mixing balls in it. I know some people feel like the nozzle tend to clog, but I use a needle to poke it out. Happy with it. |
