| My first order was received damaged, but I didn't realize until I got home. Store manager Matt went over and above by promptly getting me a replacement, which was the only other one that existed within the company. When it arrived, he had it personally inspected to ensure not damaged. I'll be a repeat customer at the new Rideau store for sure! 5 stars for the product itself, which is awe and 6 stars for the service! |
