Description
n this first expansion for Carcassonne, you will have the opportunity of building imposing cathedrals that increase the value of your cities. Inns along your roads will double the value of your thieves. Butif those features are not completed at the end of the game, no pointswill be scored.
A large follower is added to the fray, making it easier, or harder, to acquire those valuable majorities.
Also included are the components required to add a sixth player, and Point tiles used to make following each player's score easier.

| Cette extension introduit des tuiles de cathédrales qui augmentent la valeur des villes lorsqu'elles sont complétées, mais qui risquent également de ne rapporter aucun point si elles restent inachevées. Les auberges quant à elles multiplient la valeur des routes complétées. | |

| Adding more points to city and road scoring seems like such a simple idea, and then you play. Now you pay attention to who is doing what and they better not....geez, the tension is a little more, its great ! | |

| This expansion adds 6 player capability to the original game so it is great to have. Unfortunately the artwork on this version (which I believe is the only one being produced) is different from the artwork on the 20th anniversary edition special edition of the original game. It remains compatible though! | |

| Fun addition to a classic | |
| We love Carcassonne and it is one of our top 10 games but we just wanted to add a little variety to our game night. This inns and cathedral is a solid super fun expansion for the main game, adding some additions that change how the base game plays. It's a must try! So glad that we decided to give it a go... | |

| Much needed expansion | |
| Carcassonne is an all-time classic and a top 10 game in our house. Unfortunately, it does need some expansions and additions to make it more fun, challenging and strategic. This expansions gives out exactly that. Must have expansion. | |
