Description
Castle Panic is a cooperative, light strategy game for 1 to 6 players ages 10 and up. Players must work together to defend their castle, in the center of the board, from monsters that attack out of the forest at the edges of the board. Players trade cards, hit and slay monsters, and plan strategies together to keep their castle towers intact. The players either win or lose together, but only the player with the most victory points is declared the Master Slayer. Players must balance the survival of the group with their own desire to win.
To celebrate the ten-year anniversary, Fireside Games is releasing the Castle Panic Big Box. This extra-large box will contain the original Castle Panic game as well as all three expansions; The Wizard’s Tower, The Dark Titan, and Engines of War. For the first time ever, fans both new and old will be able to get the core game and all the expansions together in one box.
Castle Panic Big Box will also include seven promotional game cards and five promotional Tower tokens, one of which has never been available before 2019. Players will also find an updated, comprehensive rulebook that covers the rules for the base game and all three expansions. The insert for the box has a space for all the game pieces and provides a handy way to organize everything players need.

| J'aime le fait que tout est au même endroit dans cette boîte immense, et j'ai trouvé que le jeu s'améliorait à mesure que nous ajoutions d'extensions. Pour les fans de coop et de jeux pas trop punitifs. | |

| Castle Panic, can you survive the relentless waves of monsters? | |
| Castle Panic is very good! it is intended to be a co-op game but there are variations that can make it "competitive" or 1 vs many. You have to strategize with your team and make smart trades everyturn to try and deal with the waves coming in, there is a slight amount of luck, if the dice and monster tokens dont favour you there may just be nothing you can do to win, but the game plays fast and is very easy to reset so you can just get back and start right over. This box has a few expansions that you can combine in any order/amount, want to spice it up a little add 1 expansion or your 2 favourite, want utter chaos just throw them all in there! I would think this is 'almost' kid friendly, 8 may be a tad young in my opinion if youre trying to actually "win". Theres a few strategic moves that need to be considered if you want to win and thinking ahead is not the easiest mentality to have for kids. That being said there are additional rules to make the game a tad easier for younger players. If you're not too worried about winning then kids could definitely enjoy this game, you're fighting goblins and orcs and protecting your little 3 dimensional castle. Played 6 times already in 2 weeks and it will definitely hit the table again! |

| An amazing collection for one of my favourite games ever! | |
| Castle Panic was one of the first games that I picked up on recommendation when I got into the hobby, and this new big box is the perfect time to get into it. Not only do you get all the expansions (including the new one), the great new artwork and a bunch of promos - the storage solution inside is well thought out and makes the game even easier to setup. I highly recommend. |
