You are now in the heart of New York City, ready to carve your name into the city skyline. As an ambitious developer, it’s up to you to construct skyscrapers scattered across the boroughs and secure your prestige in the metropolis. But it’s no easy task – you must skillfully manage resources, oversee your team of architects and construction managers, and strategically leverage your influence in the press to stay ahead in tiebreakers. 🏙️

In each round, you build in the district where the mayor is located and compete with your fellow players for the majority at prestigious locations. Your building plans, dollars, and influence cards determine how successful you are. But beware: Black skyscrapers block strategic positions and make your life difficult. Whoever collects the most points and has the greatest influence will triumph as the radiant winner over the rooftops of New York City. 🌆
