| The bill was in great shape and appeared to be rated fine. I am not an expert at that but the price was a bit more expensive than its book value, which is a bit of a bummer. That is the only issue is you cannot ask to adjust the price and I am thinking they cannot change that without someone’s approval. But I did not ask and they said that head office sets the price. But I had great service and I would buy again. | |
